Questions before you order
Straight answers to what people ask us most.
Do I have to pay for a subscription?
No. The app is free, and every clip saves to the 64GB SD card that comes in the box. There is nothing else to buy.
Is it hard to set up?
No tools or wiring. Fix the mount to a fence, post or tree, download the free app, and connect the feeder to your home WiFi. The app walks you through each step.
Will it work far from my house?
If your phone gets WiFi at the spot where you want to hang it, the feeder will too. If the signal is weak out there, a simple WiFi extender fixes it.
What happens on cloudy days and in winter?
The solar roof tops up a built-in battery during daylight, so it keeps recording through grey days. You never need to take it down to charge it.
When will it arrive?
Orders are sent out within 24 hours and arrive in 5 to 7 days. Shipping is free.
Is it a good gift?
It is one of the most popular reasons people buy it. It arrives in a gift-ready box with everything included, so they can open it and start watching the same day.
What if it breaks or I don't love it?
You are covered by our 180-day warranty. If it stops working or it isn't for you, get in touch and we will replace it or refund you.
